Thai Cooking Class

After the extreme biking me & Jesse figured we'd take it a bit easier and try a spot of Thai cooking.. Pictures are of us making a Chicken & Ginger dish. As you can see even the cooking is a bit extreme over here :-)



Although Jesse had to go that little bit further and burn the kitchen down :-)



All turned out ok in the end though. So we'll be knocking up a Thai banquet when we get home.. Get the fire extinguishers ready!!!!
